AQUARIUM
The largest and most beautiful aquarium in all of South America, designed to exhibit the enormous variety of marine and aquatic species of the country, is also located in the downtown district. As many samples of fresh water as salt water, it displays over 400 species and more than 4,000 exotic fish. Now, and in recent years, the aquarium constitutes one of main tourist attractions in the entire city. The Aquarium of Medellín is located within the facilities of the Park Explora (above), a modern complex dedicated to teaching citizens and visitors about science, technology, nature, water, and many more inventions, phenomena and characteristics of our planet earth.
when you explore the aquarium at the park you want to stay there all day, is like visiting another world, there are species that we can hardly see in our lives and habitats that are difficult to visit.
